Have you always dreamed of a wedding reception that’s a little bit different, truly reflects you as a couple, not so “generic” or "cookie-cutter" and definitely one that your guests will remember and cherish for years to come? Then that’s why our boutique and exclusive blank canvas venue is just for you. The elevated purpose built 30m x 13m flat lawn reception area is the perfect place to erect your reception cover of choice. Some structure options are Single or Double Kata Tipi's, Clear or White Marquee's, Barn Style Pavilion's, Nomadic Tents or Alfresco style open aired under stings of festoon lights (all separate hire). The reception space 'the outlook' can accommodate additional lounge area, dance floor and bar area to either side of the temporary reception structure. Flexibility for you to chose and book what suits you as a couple for your taste, theme and budget (hire of temporary structure to be arranged by couple separately to venue).

The fully powered and elevated site overlooks the Coomera River and creates the perfect backdrop to celebrate with family and friends. The Reception area is situated next to a large tree that is lit up as the sun goes down whilst the immaculate grounds and gardens are yours to roam and utilise to their full advantage with stone steps, cosy seating areas and romantic swings all complimenting this private property and giving you uninterrupted privacy to enjoy your wedding event all in the one location.

All items required for the Reception are to be arranged by the couple (as DIY Hire) or full service stylist / wedding coordinator and delivered to Riverwood prior to the event

Riverwood Weddings has some themed Reception packages available from local DIY hire companies starting from $1,700 for 100 pax. Guests including Bridal Party

Chose a mobile caterer of your choice for sit-down banquet/plated food service, cocktail food service, buffet food service or Food Truck service; Alcohol is BYO with an RSA server required

Power, water, large cool room with shelving, deluxe portable bathrooms and set-up of bonfire pit with wood is included in venue pricing

Vintage Red 1965 split window Kombi car 'Benni" is also provided on-site for Bridal Party photos (Bridal Party pick-up extra $) and a Timber 4 post Arbor plus some additional Ceremony items are included in venue pricing

Flexibility to source and book your own wedding suppliers to fit within style/theme and budget. Riverwood does not dictate choice of structure, caterer etc... If you require a copy of our Riverwood WedTribe suggested suppliers booklet for some suggestions of local suppliers then please let us know
