We had our Engagement Party at Riverwood, it is actually My (Sophie’s) family home so the property held a lifetime of memories for us. We had soooo many wonderful comments about the Estate at the Engagement Party - people actually thought it was a surprise wedding!

 

We looked down in Byron Bay and up at the Sunshine Coast but nothing compared to the beautiful river front setting of my parent's property. So Mum and Dad actually decided to level a section of the land and built this custom rock retaining wall, elevated site overlooking the river. This was designed to fit the 2 large Kata Tipis on so it was littrally a site made for a Tipi!

'Riverwood' had so much wonderful feedback and interest since our wedding from industry suppliers involved all over Australia, that we then decided to turn the Estate into an approved Wedding Venue so everyone has the chance to share in a little bit of Riverwood Love and have their own #riverwoodromance here. The property has found its calling and is very unique space! The tropical gardens, river views and unique photo ops were just too good not to share!
